Staff and training
Caring professionals are on call 24 hours a day. They provide all aspects of care, from aiding Residents with their private care needs, to talking and enjoying life with them. The majority of staff are trained NVQ2 to NVQ4 carers and all help to achieve our goal of holistic care.
Training is an important part of being a Carer, and Brenda makes sure all staff training is continually updated and improved. New techniques are learnt and refreshed all of the time.
